keto diet Day 1,english version 生酮飲食法第一天 (中文版本)

抗疫禁足的日子,實在吃得太多,身體狀況及機能係吾会同我留手既。。。雖然磅數不是重,只是48kg-49kg, 但慢慢發現身體體質越來越差及多左好多小毛病,實在要的起心肝調整一下D五臟公腑及改善一下體質喇!亦想借方法去改善一下情緒大伏起落的情況。我一向日日都要食米粉或飯,但而家要用新方法,全城瘋行既生酮飲食法去取代傳統既澱粉質,起初真係有D抗拒同懷疑,但經歷了第一天的親身體驗後,發覺其實是不難,只要明白到個概念,就一理通百理明,目標係先做一個月,到時便知效果如何。
早餐:
防彈咖啡一杯(牛油,棷子油,黑啡用機混合攪拌30秒)+鷄蛋番茄沙律

午餐:棷子油云耳波菜+肥豬肉

下午茶:防彈咖啡一杯

晚餐:棷子油茄子+杏仁粉氣炸雞

其實都好飽下 wor🤣🤣🤣
不過,我今日第一天,身體可能未適應,在調節期身體會有D不太舒服既感覺,例如:頭痛,心跳,手震,冒汗,疲累,頭暈。。。每個人既反應不同,通常3天後才出現,但我今天已有反應。不過,我知道此情況待身體適應了及轉為生酮體質後便會慢慢消失。只要相信及堅持,不要甘易放棄💪💪💪💪

At first, there was D who resisted the same suspicion, but after the first day  After personal experience, I found that it is not difficult. As long as you understand a concept, you will understand everything. The goal is to do it for a month, and then you will know how effective it is.
 breakfast:
 A cup of bullet-proof coffee (butter, casserole oil, black coffee mixed with machine for 30 seconds) + egg tomato salad

 Lunch: Chiazi Yunlebo dish + fat pork

 Afternoon tea: a cup of bulletproof coffee

 Dinner: Eggplant with casserole oil + fried chicken with almond powder

 Actually, it's so full of wor🤣🤣🤣
 However, on the first day of the day, my body may not be used to it. During the adjustment period, my body may feel uncomfortable, such as headache, heartbeat, tremor, sweating, fatigue, and dizziness.  .  .  Everyone responds differently, usually only 3 days later, but I have reacted today.  However, I know that this situation will slowly disappear after the body adapts and becomes ketogenic.  Just believe and persevere, do n’t give up easily 💪💪💪💪
